To get the rightmost value in a range you can use the Lookup function:

The 1st parameter is the value to lookup in the range. However if the value cannot be found the lookup function will return the highest value in the range by default.
So setting the 1st parameter to 1E+100 basically sets the lookup value to be a huge numeric value, 1 + 100 zeros. If you know what your max value will be you can change this to be max value + 1.
